Online Classes & Training

Bootcamp
ANYTHING GOES!! If you want to work hard, burn calories and achieve your fitness goals, this is the class for you. This class consists of bursts of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Tabata drills, AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) and you are guaranteed to sweat! Geared to intermediate and advanced athletes.
Strength
This class focuses on strengthening and conditioning your muscles of your body while raising your metabolic rate of rapid fat burning. All the major muscle groups are worked through weight bearing exercises. Geared to beginner, intermediate, and advanced athletes.
Core
This class is designed to work your core which is your power house. A strong core is necessary for good posture and injury prevention. Geared to beginner, intermediate, and advanced athletes.
Step
This fun energetic class will help you burn calories, making it an ideal way to maintain your target body weight and manage blood pressure and diabetes. People with osteoporosis can do this low-impact exercise to improve bone strength. Geared to beginner, intermediate and advanced athletes.
HIIT
This dynamic explosive class consists of short bursts of high intensity work followed by a brief recovery period. It will improve cardiovascular endurance, increase athleticism and build strength. The HIIT workout will use a variety of body weight exercises, dumbbell work, plyometrics and total body strength training to incorporate both challenge and intensity. Geared to intermediate and advanced athletes.
Cardio Kickboxing
A fast paced, high energy class that will help you burn more than 350 calories while punching and kicking to the beat of the music, also helps you to build endurance by being mindful of how you are giving oxygen to your body, and building up those endurance muscle groups while you are at it all. This high Intensity class promotes the release of endorphins which will make you feel accomplished. Great stress reliever. Geared to beginner, intermediate, and advanced athletes.
Stretch
Family Tabata
High-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds. This heart-pumping class is geared to the whole family young and old.
