Allie has more than 25 years of experience as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. She is an Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. She also holds certifications for Step, Kickboxing, TRX, Aqua Training, and Les Mills Bodypump and Sprint. Her devoted clients of all ages from young children to seniors appreciate her enthusiastic approach and her obvious love for helping people. With dedication and commitment she encourages clients to reach their goals and set new challenges.

Small Group Workouts

Meet Allie in the park for an in-person class or small group training session. Come to a pop-up outdoor workout when the weather permits, or arrange for a session with your own group of friends. Allie follows COVID safety precautions for all in-person gatherings per state and CDC recommendations.

 

Online Exercise Classes

Allie offers online Zoom workouts that can be done from your living room, office or backyard. During the pandemic clients are able to maintain a sense of community online and stay in shape. You can even work out with your family and friends in other parts of the world through Allie’s online exercise classes.

 

Personal Training

Allie offers individualized personal training either in-person or virtually. She will assess your health and interests and find a routine that inspires you to reach your goals. She offers consultation for healthy eating and exercise between training sessions and can also  recommend classes to try.
